中英版聘任合同范例介绍

聘任合同(中英对照),为了提高员工英文水平,北京xx公司(下称“公司”)聘请xx先生(下称“教师”)作为英文教师教授口语。经双方友好协商,达成以下聘任协议:

1、合同效力

本合同自双方签字后自动生效。

2、聘任期

六个月

3、课程安排

课程按以下计划安排

3.1 每周两次,每次90分钟。

3.2 每周课程具体时间是: 周一 ____:____

4、 双方责任

4.1 教师职责包括:

a) 根据参考书系统化,条理化教课。

b) 为提高英语听说能力强推相应的.磁带。

4.2 公司提供教室及第5条所规定的工资。

5、薪水

在聘任期内,公司在每月月底支付教师工资,每节课按240元人民币(税后)。

6、结束

合同到期后,无须通知任何一方,将自动终止。如其中任何一方欲延长合同,须在合同期满前2周通知对方。
